The WL-115 is a single point load cell constructed from aluminum alloy, covering a capacity range of 35kg to 50kg. This single point load cell is engineered with good rated output consistency, enabling parallel operation of multiple units for industrial weighing platforms. Typical applications include electrical scales, electronic balances, price counting scales, and general industrial weighing systems.
This single point load cell delivers a combined error of 0.017%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.017%F.S. Its rated output is 2.0±10%mV/V, zero balance is ±0.02%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. Recommended excitation is 10~15 VDC, ensuring stable and repeatable measurements in both standalone and parallel configurations.
The WL-115 single point load cell offers IP66 protection as standard, with optional higher ratings available. It operates within -10°C to 40°C, and nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm. The standard cable is Φ4mm × 1500mm, and custom lengths can be ordered. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the aluminum alloy body provides a lightweight yet robust solution for commercial and light industrial environments.
This single point load cell is well suited for bench scales, price computing scales, counting scales, and checkweighers. The parallel capability allows users to combine multiple units for larger weighing surfaces, while the consistent output simplifies calibration and ensures accurate load distribution across all sensors.
